Our company was founded in 1996 by our Chairman of the Board, Orhan İLHAN, in order to meet the needs of consumers in both domestic and international markets.
Akhan Un quickly took its place among the leading companies in its sector thanks to its high-quality and innovative production methods, while also earning an important position in the food industry by producing to European Standards for its customers all over the world, including its home country. Focusing on the importance of quality wheat flour production, our company rose to 186th place on the ISO Second Top 500 list in 2023.
Maintaining and increasing its upward momentum, our company reached 374th place in Turkey's export ranking in 2011 and became one of the most preferred with its brands both at home and abroad.

As Akhan Un, our core mission is to bring to consumers the products we produce untouched by human hand in our facilities equipped with state-of-the-art automation, blending our production approach with the Mesopotamian culture that has represented abundance and plenty for thousands of years, in a manner befitting these lands.
Chairman's Message
As Akhan Un, our goal since our founding has been, in line with our vision, to achieve the highest quality flour production by integrating wheat—the symbol of abundance and plenty—and our experience with our state-of-the-art automation production facilities.
We know that all civilizations have come into being upon a culture and labor. We too apply our own working model within a certain discipline, remaining faithful to the roots of these ancient lands with our own working culture.
In this exciting adventure we set out on with the motto "Success Comes With Determination," what we mean by success is not only quality and consistency but also the enjoyment and satisfaction of every individual who uses our products.
