By valuing customer health and satisfaction, we produce high-quality, halal and reliable wheat flours. Special training is provided to all our employees to raise awareness of hygiene and sanitation. While ensuring compliance with all conditions required by quality management and legislation, we continuously optimize our food safety management system.
Our Halal Policy
As Akhan Un, we undertake to continue our operations in the flour production sector in which we operate in accordance with the items listed below.

To maintain an Islamic sensitivity approach at all our production stages—from the selection of the suppliers providing our main raw material, wheat, and the product components we use across all our product varieties, to the shipment of our products,
